Job summary

Alcon Laboratories India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Sr. Associate Regulatory Intelligence to support data entry, analytics, and information tracking for global regulatory intelligence.

The role involves preparing dashboards, maintaining content across sources, and assisting with intake monitoring for Drugs, Devices, Biologics, and Standards. You will work with SMEs, run reports, and ensure timely action tracking while adhering to GxP SOPs and ensuring complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Data entry input to support intake volume.
• Prepares data analytics reports, including KPI data sorting, regional heat map data collection, and report preparation for management review and other governance forums
• Maintains content on information sources, including websites, SharePoint sites, and other tools
• Assists with intake monitoring as needed, including Drugs, Devices, Biologics, and Standards
• Supports SME community with database access and may provide training material assignments
• Provides day-to-day support for SMEs in the database by running reports to ensure actions are advancing, supports SME community in workflow inquiries, and runs monthly status reports
• Supports project management materials, including action plan data entry input into the information system, dashboard preparation for on-time tracking of actions, and SME follow-up as needed
