Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) Hyderabad site seeks a qualified QA professional to drive extensive SIT and end-to-end testing across consumer banking apps, APIs, and systems. You will translate business requirements into BDD scenarios, build UI automation with Selenium and Playwright, and validate REST services while collaborating with development and business teams.

You will contribute to CI/CD through automated tests, defect tracking in Jira, and ensuring robust validation of critical workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in testing.
• Experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Strong Selenium WebDriver experience with XPath, CSS Selectors, and POM.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation and modern web testing practices.
• Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman and REST-based services.
• Good understanding of Functional, SIT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.

Responsibilities

• Perform SIT and end-to-end testing across consumer banking applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Translate business requirements into BDD test scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Perform API testing to validate REST services, authentication, payloads, and integrations.
• Define and execute test strategies covering UI, API, and backend validations.
