Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Software Test Technician to debug software products through systematic tests and maintain quality standards. You'll develop test plans, automate scripts, and analyze results to recommend corrective actions, ensuring compliance with game standards and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with development engineers, track defects, and maintain test environments. ISTQB certification would be an advantage for this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience in preparing Test Scenarios and writing clear, concise & comprehensive test cases.
• Experience in black box, ad-hoc, smoke, sanity, Regression, Integration, system testing.
• Reproducing issues reported from the field.
• Setup and maintenance of test environments.
• Provide updates to Content QA Manager on testing progress.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, qTest.
• ISTQB certification would be an advantage.

Role Description

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software testing life cycle (STLC), software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in preparing Test Scenarios and writing clear, concise & comprehensive test cases
• Good Communication, attitude of learning, listening, accepting the challenge
• Execution of Test cases, reporting defects and Defect tracking
