Golden Opportunities is seeking a skilled professional for Loan Servicing / Commercial Lending in Indore, India. The role covers loan funding, drawdowns, paydowns, and administration of bilateral and syndicated loans.

You will interpret credit agreements, manage regulatory controls, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. A strong command of Excel and loan systems is essential; prior exposure to Loan IQ or ACBS is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing / Commercial Lending

Candidate Specification & Job Description

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing / Commercial Lending. (Bilateral /Syndicated loans)
• Candidates should have experience in a variety of loan servicing activities, including loan funding, borrowings, paydowns, commitments, and related loan operations.
• Strong understanding of basic to complex loan structures, legal documentation, and commercial lending products.
• Good knowledge of Loan Administration with the ability to read, understand, and interpret various credit agreements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and end-to-end loan servicing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Good understanding of applicable banking regulatory requirements and operational controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize daily work assignments and meet deadlines while working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with basic loan operational systems and platforms.
• Ability to identify and resolve loan servicing issues while ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined process requirements.
• Ability to trouble-shoot basic loan related functional problems/issues
• Ability to meet deadlines defined by Bank and regulators.

• Deep commercial and syndicated loan servicing knowledge, including document interpretation, rates, fees, assignments, amendments, reconciliations and lender / agent operating models.
• Demonstrated judgement in high-risk exceptions, financial-impact assessment, cut-off decisions and escalation.
• For Team Lead fit: workload, people, capacity, performance and stakeholder management.
• For SME fit: complex-case authority, quality calibration, coaching and procedure ownership.
• Strong Excel, operational reporting, problem solving and written / verbal communication.
