• Commercial Courts
• Consumer Commissions
• District & Sessions Courts
• Real Estate Regulatory Authority
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
• MSME Facilitation Councils
• National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
• Supreme Court of India

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal drafting and research
• Court appearances
• Contract drafting
• Handling civil and commercial litigation matters
• Supporting ancillary litigation-related work
• Assisting with matters before various courts, tribunals and regulatory forums

Eligibility & Preference:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law degree
