Job summary

EY in New Delhi seeks a Senior Associate-AMI-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory to join our fast-paced team. You will support end-to-end execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, building detailed financial models and client materials.

You will work with senior bankers to develop strategic insights, coordinate due diligence, and deliver practical, value-driven recommendations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or CA is required.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are essential.
• Experience in end-to-end execution of M&A, equity and debt transactions preferred.

Your key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent deals). Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and transaction materials. Conduct industry and company research to support deal sourcing and execution. Coordinate due diligence with clients, consultants, and investors. Work closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
