Qualifications

• Proficiency with CLM platforms — configuration, workflow design, reporting.
• Ability to build or co-design Legal AI agent workflows with tech teams.
• Strong command of MS Office and document management systems.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial and technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and tech vendor agreements across India, US, UK, and Singapore.
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle from term-sheet to execution, manage redlines and escalations with external counsel.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract risk, enforceability, and commercial implications.
• Deploy and manage Legal AI agents for contract review, clause extraction, and risk flagging.
• Own and administer the firm's CLM platform — configure workflows, templates, and approval routing.

About Department:

The Legal department at TresVista is responsible for ensuring agreements entered into with its clients, vendors and third parties are compliant with TresVistas contracting requirements, applicable local regulations as well as providing advisory support to stakeholders, research into applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates, negotiating terms of engagement with vendors and drafting legal documents as required by the company.

The Role & Responsibilities

Commercial & Technology Contracts:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and tech vendor agreements across India, US, UK, and Singapore
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle from term-sheet to execution, managing redlines and escalations with external counsel

AI & Legal Automation:

• Deploy and manage Legal AI agents for contract review, clause extraction, and risk flagging

Experience

• 3+ years in a Tier-1 full-service law firm and/or 7+ years in-house legal teams
