Job summary

WeWork India is seeking Interior Design/Architecture professionals in Bengaluru to document and convey design solutions through the full project cycle, from schematic handover to vendor selection and final delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, maintaining design intent, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely project completion.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 0–2 years of related experience, with skills in BIM

• Experience in high-end Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and/or Retail Interior Design; knowledge in space planning a plus
• Focused, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to problem-solving

• Concise verbal, written, and graphic communication andpresentation skills
• Strong time management skills and experience managingmultiple projects simultaneously, reliably meeting tightdeadlines
• Comfort working with project schedules (timelines, quantities,prices, SKUs, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, BIM (Revit), all thingsGoogle, and Autodesk Autocad.

• Work alongside development disciplines to develop coordinatedschematic level handover packages.
• Convey and maintain design intent during Design andPre-construction/Bidding phases, and support the selection ofproducts and vendors.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the team across disciplines toensure successful delivery of projects, from design throughopening and closeout phases.
