Job summary

WeWork India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Design Lead to own end-to-end design—from concept development and spatial planning to FF&E curation and final styling. You will work closely with Architecture, Art & Graphics, Construction, and Real Estate teams, plus external consultants, to deliver cohesive, timely design outcomes.

Lead multi-project design management, mentor junior designers, and develop compelling design narratives aligned with WeWork’s brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to commercial or workplace design.
• Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred).
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight timelines.
• Strong leadership qualities and team mentorship experience.
