The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sectors diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EYs Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

• Strong analytical capability to assess infrastructure challenges, evaluate data, and support evidence-based advisory recommendations. Hands-on experience in government and public sector consulting engagements, with an understanding of policy and program-driven environments. Ability to contribute to strategy development by structuring problems, analyzing options, and supporting long-term infrastructure planning. Sound consulting skills in research, synthesis, and preparing clear, decision-ready outputs for client discussions. Exposure to infrastructure advisory work, with the capability to support feasibility, planning, and implementation-focused assessments.
