The Senior Associate – Identity & Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for supporting and driving enterprise‑wide identity governance, access management, privileged access security, and compliance initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise in managing the complete identity lifecycle across multiple platforms while ensuring adherence to organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Key responsibilities include developing and executing the IAM roadmap in alignment with business objectives, information security policies, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks. The individual will manage end‑to‑end identity lifecycle processes, including user onboarding, provisioning, access modifications, role changes, transfers, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.The role involves administration and support of enterprise IAM solutions to ensure accurate access provisioning, role management, entitlement governance, and segregation of duties controls. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, session monitoring, privileged access approvals, periodic reviews, and audit reporting to secure critical systems and sensitive organizational assets.The candidate will establish and enforce identity and access security controls across endpoints, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices, ensuring compliance with organizational IAM standards. Responsibilities include integrating applications, infrastructure platforms, and endpoint management solutions with Active Directory and enterprise authentication services to enable centralized authentication and authorization.The Senior Associate will design and implement automation workflows to streamline user provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification campaigns, role management, and access review processes, improving operational efficiency while minimizing access‑related risks. The role also requires addressing platform‑specific identity and access challenges across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments while maintaining consistent governance controls and authentication standards.Additionally, the individual will conduct periodic IAM risk assessments, control reviews, entitlement validations, and compliance checks to identify security gaps, policy violations, and access‑related risks. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, RBI, SEBI, and organizational cybersecurity policies through effective control implementation and monitoring.The candidate will lead the investigation and resolution of IAM‑related incidents, access issues, authentication failures, and privileged access exceptions by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities also include preparing IAM operational metrics, management dashboards, audit evidence, compliance reports, and access governance reports.The role demands close collaboration with Information Security, Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, Risk, Compliance, Application Owners, and Business Teams to support IAM initiatives and strengthen the organization’s identity security posture. The successful candidate will also provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM and PAM processes, controls, and technologies.
