London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information seeks a Senior Associate to deliver data-driven internal communications analytics across digital channels, combining data, content and AI-enabled optimisation to drive measurable impact.

You will own end-to-end analytics, build dashboards, ensure data quality across Viva Engage, SharePoint, Poppulo and Outlook, and translate insights into executive-ready reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or internal communications analytics and digital channels roles.
  • Experience handling large datasets across multiple platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, Poppulo, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple IC platforms.
  • Clean, transform, and structure raw datasets for analysis.
  • Build and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards to track channel performance.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and implement quality checks.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and data models for IC channels.
  • Own end-to-end analytics across IC channels from sourcing to reporting.
  • Design interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable, executive-ready reports.

Job description

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering data-driven, insight-led internal communications across digital platforms. It combines content, channels, analytics, and AI-enabled optimisation to ensure communications are measurable and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manually collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple IC platforms (Viva Engage, Poppulo, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Clean, transform, and structure raw datasets to enable meaningful analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to track channel performance, engagement, and reach
  • Identify data inconsistencies and implement quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop standardised reporting templates and data models across IC channels
  • Own end-to-end analytics across IC channels, including data sourcing, transformation, validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks (Excel / Power BI) to deliver actionable insights
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready reports for leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or internal communications analytics and digital channels roles
  • Proven hands-on experience working with large datasets, including manual extraction and transformation, data collection, consolidation, and analysis across multiple platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, Poppulo, Outlook)
  • Certifications or formal training in Data Analytics, Excel, or Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience working in internal communications, digital content, or employee engagement environments
Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in manual data collection, consolidation, and validation
  • Advanced Excel skills (data cleaning, Power Query, pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from unstructured data
  • Strong experience working with large, messy, and unstructured datasets, including data validation and reconciliation
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating datasets
  • Understanding of IC platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Poppulo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation (Copilot, Power Automate)
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate data into business narratives
  • High attention to detail and strong data quality focus
  • Must be able to demonstrate dashboard creation live or/and walk through past work during interview.
  • Each example must clearly demonstrate: - Data source and structure - Transformation logic (cleaning, joins, calculations)
  • Explain: data source, transformation logic, key metrics, and insights generated
Data & Analytics Focus
  • Lead manual and automated data capture across IC channels
  • Establish data governance and quality standards for reporting
  • Drive consistency in KPI definitions and measurement frameworks
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across content and channel strategy
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data workflows using AI and automation tools
  • Support governance of digital channels, including data accuracy, reporting standards, and compliance with IC measurement frameworks
