Job summary

Drip Capital in Mumbai seeks an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, reconcile balances, and oversee the month-end close. You will maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across financial records.

The role handles vendor payments, banking transactions, and tax compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax, with attention to audit readiness and documentation.

Strong written and spoken English is essential as is graduate-level accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–6 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Solid knowledge of taxation including GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account balances and bank statements; maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare month-end close procedures and schedules.
• Process vendor payments and banking transactions as required.
• Support monthly direct and indirect tax compliance.
