Job summary

Chryselys in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant (FFO) in Insights & Analytics to drive Power BI dashboards and analytics across pharma/commercial datasets.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specifications, and guide a small team while delivering hands-on analysis when needed.

The role requires a combination of strong Power BI expertise, pharma/commercial analytics domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and hands‑on technical capability .

Key requirements for the profile

• Hands‑on expertise in Power BI dashboard development and visualization.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, fact and dimension tables, data relationships, and handling complex/multiple datasets.
• Experience in transforming business requirements into meaningful dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Ability to work hands‑on when required while also guiding and reviewing the work of the broader team.

2. Strong SFE / Commercial Analytics Domain Knowledge

The candidate should have a good understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Field Force Effectiveness (FFE), and promotional/execution effectiveness KPIs , such as:

• Coverage and frequency
• Planned vs. actual interactions/calls
• Call/activity execution
• Interaction plans
• Field force productivity and performance
• Coaching and coaching effectiveness
• Capacity and workload
• Consent and engagement metrics
• Customer interactions and execution tracking

Experience in building or supporting dashboards around such KPIs would be highly preferred.

3. Pharma Data & Commercial Analytics Exposure

Good understanding of pharma/commercial datasets and data ecosystems would be an advantage, including exposure to:

• CRM and field force activity data
• Promotional and interaction data
• Customer/HCP/HCO data
• Different external pharma data vendors and datasets

Experience working with international markets, particularly ex-US/ex-Europe markets , would be preferred.

4. Broader Field Force Operations Understanding – Preferred

Basic to good understanding of broader Field Force Operations / Commercial Excellence areas would be an advantage, including:

• Segmentation and Targeting
• Field Force Sizing and Resource Planning
• Call Planning
• Territory Alignment
• Sales Force Effectiveness / Commercial Excellence

The candidate does not necessarily need to be a deep SME across all these areas, but should have sufficient business understanding to connect dashboarding and analytics with commercial use cases.

5. Strong Stakeholder & Team Management Skills

This will be a critical requirement for the role. The person will be expected to:

• Interact with multiple stakeholders across different countries and markets.
• Understand and challenge business requirements where required.
• Translate client/business requirements into clear requirements for the technical team.
• Act as an SME and provide guidance to team members.
• Independently manage discussions and ensure appropriate governance across workstreams.
