Responsibilities

• Deliver a multi-year, complex risk management system migration for the Equity Derivatives business.
• Scope current-state workflows and define project boundaries, milestones, and outcomes.
• Elicit business requirements across trade capture, trade lifecycle management, and related processes.
• Analyze operational and technical issues to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.
• Document requirements, process flows, and control impacts clearly for global stakeholders.
• Adopt agile ways of working to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, control, and user experience.
• Drive testing execution, defect triage, and timely remediation in a controlled manner.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product Development, and Front Office to align on delivery and decisions.
• Provide regular updates, risks, and dependencies to maintain engagement across the project lifecycle.
• Own assigned initiatives end-to-end while operating effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ensure delivery quality in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
• Lead global, cross-functional deliveries spanning Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder influence across senior audiences.
• Show advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, qTest, and project management tooling.
• Exhibit deep understanding of trade lifecycle controls, operational risk, and change management impacts.
• Strengthen delivery through structured test strategy, UAT coordination, and defect management discipline.
• Maintain resilience and decision-making quality under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager/Business Analyst within the Equities Operations Transformation Team, you will lead the design, testing, and implementation of a strategic risk management system for the Equity Derivatives business globally. You will partner closely with Operations, Technology, Product Development, and Front Office to translate business needs into controlled, scalable delivery. You will provide cross-regional coverage on an 11:30 pm-7:30 am IST shift, with flexibility for stretch hours as required.
