Job summary

PwC Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate in Enterprise & Functional Strategy to support finance function strategy, operating model design, and organizational design initiatives. You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services on transformation programs for diverse clients.

You will mentor junior staff, shape CFO agendas, and contribute to digital finance initiatives, AI use case prioritization, and performance improvement across capital markets and deals.

Qualifications

• MBA/CA degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance consulting or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

As a Senior Associate in Enterprise & Functional Strategy you will support finance consulting engagements focused on finance function strategy, operating model design, and organizational design. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will help clients assess current finance structures, identify gaps in processes and roles, and develop practical recommendations that support transformation, change management, and business performance.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while navigating shifting client needs and priorities. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to capital markets and deals support, CFO agenda shaping, digital and AI-first finance transformation, and operating model redesign while validating deliverables, interpreting feedback, and advancing your technical skills in a client-facing environment.

What You Must Have

• At least a Master of Business Administration/CA’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
