Role profile:
Supports the APAC regional team towards the successful implementation of the Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda alongside coordinating and collaborating with diverse team members for EDI initiatives, data management and insights with a delivery excellence mindset.

What you will be doing:

  1. Coordinate with stakeholders from different Inclusion Networks, Business Divisions, and Centre of Excellences (CoEs), to support the APAC regional team in the implementation of EDI events, initiatives, monitor participation, gather feedback and perform data analysis.
  2. Collaborate and work with a diverse team of professionals across regions, business functions, CoEs to support EDI team in delivering the regional strategies.
  3. Analyse and review data to identify trends, measure progress and facilitate informed decision making about EDI goals and objectives for region, business function specific programs and interventions.
  4. Collate relevant EDI data to inform the measurement of progress and programme effectiveness in support of the EDI strategy. Monitor the impact of EDI initiatives through data and feedback analysis.
  5. Having a growth mindset and agility to support with new initiatives and challenges.

  2. Some previous experience either in EDI or a specialist HR area
  3. Previous stakeholder management experience
  4. Some experience of Data Driven Insights
  5. Experience as a great teammate, collaborator with a growth mindset
  6. Experience with working with different teams, diverse strengths and talents with an inclusive approach and being aware of bias, inclusive communication, and the management of conflict.
