Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a Senior Associate | DevOps in Bangalore. You will own internal Agentic interfaces, bots, web apps and widgets, delivering Gen AI capabilities for Deloitte employees.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, cloud infra, and automation, with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 remote). Ideal candidates have 4-6 years in DevOps, strong scripting (Bash/Python/Ruby), Terraform/Ansible, and solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of DevOps experience with ownership of applications
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI)
• Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation for infrastructure management

About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps software engineer with 4-6 years relevant experience, who can take ownership of user interfaces for our internal Agentic applications, including Teams bots, web apps and embeddable widgets, thereby providing all of Deloitte employees with Gen AI functionalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation and management of software infrastructure.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple software applications and environments.
• Create and maintain monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for software applications.
• Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Automating software deployment, configuration, and upkeep processes
• Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, then utilize them to enhance your software infrastructure.

Required Qualifications / Must have:

• Strong experience with 4-6 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Acquaintance with software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with continuous integration/delivery tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP
• Excellent scripting skills in Bash, Python or Ruby
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Deep knowledge of container and orchestration technologies, primarily Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance and data security
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications / Good to Have:

• Experience with chat apps and micro frontends
• Familiarity with Teams bot framework and adaptive cards
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts), azure web apps, python
