Job summary

smartData is seeking a Senior Associate – Software Development with 3–6 years of full-stack experience. You will lead development using .NET Core and modern front-end tech, architect secure APIs, and optimize database design with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

You'll collaborate across teams using Git-based workflows, participate in Agile/Scrum, and drive CI/CD adoption. Cloud platforms across Azure/AWS/GCP and AI-assisted tools will shape your workflow daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant .NET, cloud, or software architecture certifications.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and client-facing communication.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Valid Passport and Visa are good to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development and enhancement using .NET Core.
• Build front-end solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Architect secure and scalable APIs using MVC, Web API, and Web Services.
• Work with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, including optimized queries, stored procedures, and database design.
• Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Collaborate using Git, Bitbucket, TFS, or Subversion and support CI/CD processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum, guide junior team members, and manage client requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Apply microservices, clean architecture, and API-driven architecture principles.
• Work with cloud platforms and services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Leverage AI/ML, Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Generative AI, LLMs, and IDE integrations to improve software development workflows.
