Job summary

Unispace is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Design to lead the creation and delivery of inspiring workplace environments in Bengaluru. You will manage projects from concept through to construction, build strong client relationships and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and commercially successful designs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Extensive experience delivering corporate workplace interiors.
• Strong client presentation, pitching and relationship-management skills.
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing project timelines.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical knowledge of detailed drawings, material specifications and construction documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of interior detailing, millwork drawings and FF&E.
• Familiarity with international and regional building codes.
• Experience preparing design proposals and supporting sales teams through the contract process.
• A collaborative, commercially aware and confident communicator.
