As a Senior Associate, Creative Technology, you will help build immersive, interactive, and visually compelling digital experiences that bring brand stories to life. This role is ideal for a strong front-end or creative technologist who enjoys translating design intent into polished, performant, and engaging web experiences.
You will work closely with designers, UX teams, content creators, and engineers to develop responsive, animation-rich websites and interactive experiences. You should be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working across modern front-end stacks, and excited by the intersection of storytelling, design, and technology.
Build production-quality, reusable, and performant components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Contribute to and consume shared component libraries, documented and tested in Storybook, across desktop and mobile variants
Translate visual concepts, storyboards, and motion ideas into polished, pixel-perfect web experiences
Implement interactive features such as scroll-driven narratives, parallax, micro-interactions, and dynamic content transitions using GSAP, Framer Motion, CSS animation, or hand-built solutions where component libraries don't cover motion
Integrate front-end experiences with headless CMS platforms — primarily Contentful, alongside WordPress — including content modelling, preview flows, and structured content APIs
Build data visualizations and interactive components using D3.js, Chart.js, or similar
Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, backend services, and data layers (e.g. DynamoDB, Redis-backed caching)
Support deployment and CI/CD workflows on AWS across environments, working alongside DevOps
Own performance outcomes: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, image and font optimization, bundle size, and rendering strategy (SSR, SSG, ISR)
Ensure experiences meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, and help raise the bar on engineering practices
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of day-to-day delivery, and stay current on emerging AI-enabled web experiences
4–6 years of experience in front-end development, creative technology, or full-stack web development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, custom properties, container queries)
Demonstrable production experience with React and Next.js — App Router, server and client components, and rendering strategy trade-offs
Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful strongly preferred) and an understanding of content modelling
Proven ability to build animation and interaction work: GSAP, Framer Motion, ScrollTrigger, or equivalent. WebGL/Three.js experience is a plus
Familiarity with component-driven development and design systems, including Storybook
Comfort with Git-based workflows: feature branching, code review, rebasing, and conflict resolution
Working knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
A strong eye for detail and the ability to hold a design team's intent through to the shipped build
Experience partnering directly with designers, UX, and content teams in an agency or client-services environment
Bonus: styling systems (Tailwind, CSS Modules, styled-components), testing (Jest, Playwright, Cypress), analytics/event instrumentation
A creative technologist with strong front-end fundamentals and an eye for detail
Someone who enjoys building engaging digital experiences at the intersection of design and engineering
A collaborative team player who works well with designers, writers, strategists, and developers
Curious about emerging technologies and excited to experiment with new tools and approaches
Committed to clean code, strong execution, and continuous learning
