Job summary

PwC Kolkata-based Delivery Centre is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Operational Restructuring practice across the PwC network. You will engage with senior stakeholders and client engagement teams to drive process improvements, source-to-pay excellence, and supplier enablement.

Role requires Coupa certification, strong analytics, Excel/Power BI mastery, and experience in multi-module procure-to-pay implementations within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Coupa certification is required.

• Excellent report writing and compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep knowledge of Source to Pay processes.
• Experience with Coupa P2P, Sourcing, Sourcing Optimization, Contract, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, with exposure to at least two modules.
• Experience in design, build (incl integration), test, implementation, hypercare.
• Experience in supplier enablement and onboarding to new platforms.
• Strong data integration experience across ERP systems, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA; middleware/REST APIs.
• Four end-to-end Coupa implementations completed.
• Lead a team for specific modules and coordinate with global teams.

• The Delivery Center provides professionals with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where they can develop process and quality-based skills
• You will work within the Service Delivery Centre team for our entrepreneurial and exciting Operational Restructuring practice in the UK on a variety of assignments supporting clients to implement operational changes, contribute to process improvements to improve the overall performance, cost and sustainability of their operations.

• Your role will involve proactively communicating with, working with and reporting to senior stakeholders within territory firms on client engagements including Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers etc.
• You will work with a variety of client engagement teams and stakeholders across PwC network firms.

Work with the client engagement teams across the network to support global engagements from the KSDC offices, while ensuring the highest quality of deliverables and innovative solutioning, to meet and exceed Client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep process and technical knowledge of Source to Pay business processes.
• Have relevant experience in Coupa P2P, Sourcing, Sourcing Optimization, Contract, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, with exposure to at least two modules.
• Have experience in areas like design, build (incl integration), test, implementation, hypercare etc
• Experience in supplier enablement activities (onboarding to new platforms etc).
• Strong understanding and experience with Master Data and Transaction Data Integration across various ERP systems, including SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and non-ERP systems using Web Services/REST APIs and Middleware.
• Completed at least four end-to-end implementations in Coupa.
• Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and the ability to propose and recommend effective solutions.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including assisting others in solving complex problems.
• Show a passion for self-learning and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others.
• Experience in capturing business requirements and enhancing processes and systems.
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Coupa Certification
• Sound analytical skills (collecting, manipulating and analysing financial and non-financial data), including strong use of Microsoft Excel;

• Demonstrated experience utilising analytics and visualisation tools including but not limited to Alteryx and Power BI (any certifications would be preferable e.g. Alteryx Core and Alteryx Advanced)
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively across teams in a high-performance culture and has a good sense of business English.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team environment
• Working knowledge and understanding of current AI technology tools would be preferable.

Education

• Qualification: Coupa Certified Consultant along with Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent qualified professional preferred.
