Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Coupa-Manager to optimize sourcing and procurement for clients across geographies. You will lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, mentor junior staff and collaborate with global teams on digital procurement solutions.

You will guide supplier relationship management, drive cost savings, and strengthen procurement processes while aligning with PwC standards and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• English: oral and written proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, including architecture, integrations and data design.
• Manage technical teams and delivery workstreams to drive solution reviews and resolve complex issues.
• Develop strategies to optimize sourcing and procurement processes for cost savings and supplier collaboration.
• Analyze client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance procurement efficiency.
• Provide guidance on strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions.
• Oversee deployment of scalable procurement solutions and alignment across workstreams.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver client engagements and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members to build capability and performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file-based integrations for data exchange.
• Design integrations between Coupa and backend systems to ensure data transfer.
• Benchmark and analyze complex data sets qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses and thought leadership.
• Build strong relationships with team members and client stakeholders.

As a Coupa‑Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. • Overseeing the deployment of scalable procurement solutions and confirming alignment across workstreams
• Collaborating with leadership to deliver client engagements and support day-to-day client management
• Mentoring and developing junior team members to build capability and enhance team performance
• Configuring and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and flat file‑based integrations for data exchange between systems
• Conducting sessions to design integrations between Coupa and backend systems, confirming successful data transfer
• Managing quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and analysis of complex data sets
• Contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership initiatives
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members and client stakeholders

What You Must Have
