Bhumi is seeking a Senior Associate – Corporate Volunteering in Maharashtra, India, to lead volunteering programs with corporate partners. Responsibilities include planning events (on-ground and virtual), coordinating volunteers and vendors, achieving high satisfaction, and tracking impact with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant volunteering program experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by enhancing volunteer engagement, introducing new activity formats, and optimizing processes.
