Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a skilled fund accounting specialist to support end-to-end private market accounting across multiple structures. You will own NAV reconciliations, investor reporting, and capital activity management, coordinating with fund administrators and auditors.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, journal entries, and performance metrics like IRR and MOIC, with exposure to systems such as Investran or Geneva.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or related areas.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
• Experience with NAV preparation and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fund accounting activities across multiple investment structures.
• Prepare and review cash, position, capital activity, and NAV reconciliations.
• Record journal entries, accruals, allocations, and period-end adjustments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare NAV packages, financial statements, and management reporting deliverables.

Support fund accounting, investor operations, and financial reporting activities across private equity, private credit, co-investment vehicles, and fund structures. The role requires ownership of fund accounting processes, investor servicing, capital activity management, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Support end-to-end fund accounting activities across multiple investment structures.

Required Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Private Credit Funds, or Alternative Investments.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
• Experience with NAV preparation and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Investran, Allvue, Geneva, eFront, or similar systems.
• Exposure to LP reporting and private markets operations.
• Familiarity with AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
