• Conduct daily crew briefings and post-flight feedback.
• Support NPS initiatives with timely corrective actions.
• Manage crew availability and handle discipline inquiries.
• Provide inputs for promotions, renewals and confirmations.
• Handle operational exigencies beyond routine operations.
• Ensure base operations SOP adherence and smooth rostering.
• Reiterate safety updates and ensure DGCA compliance.
• Foster crew engagement and address day-to-day concerns.
• Manage development of crew and ground reportees.

• Contributing towards the maintenance of defined OTP levels; coaching and counselling allocated crew.
• Conducting daily crew briefings and post-flight interactions to gather feedback.
• Assisting in NPS improvement initiatives with timely corrective actions.
• Managing crew availability and conducting discipline inquiries as per process.
• Providing inputs for promotions, renewals, and confirmations.
• Handling operational exigencies beyond routine operations.

Safety

• Reiterating safety updates to allocated crew.
• Ensuring adherence to DGCA regulations and audit conformance.
• Escalating violations as per SOPs.

Crew Engagement

• Ensuring participation in engagement activities.
• Addressing day-to-day crew concerns.
• Monitoring internal communication platforms.

Rostering / Training / Administration

• Handling emergency leave communication.
• Ensuring SOP adherence and smooth base operations

People Management & Development

• Managing and developing crew and ground reportees with objective performance inputs.
