InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior Associate - Business Finance to join the Business Finance team in Bangalore. You will support revenue operations, planning cycles, and commercial decision-making for the unit, leveraging AI and automation to drive smarter decisions in a fast-paced ad-tech environment.

The role emphasizes partnering with product, revenue, and operations, building revenue forecasts, and delivering data-driven insights while growing your expertise in AI tools and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• CA qualified, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfort with large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI); exposure to SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or SQL is a plus.
• Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication - able to summarize findings crisply.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Business Finance & Partnering: Act as a trusted finance partner for the business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams.
• Business Finance & Partnering: Support planning cycles - prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files, and build/update revenue and cost forecasts.
• Business Finance & Partnering: Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend actionable interventions.
• Commercial & Deal Support: Review cost and revenue contracts to identify key commercial terms, flag risks, and suggest improvements.
• Commercial & Deal Support: Evaluate deal structures - prepare deal-level P&L templates, run scenario analyses, and check adherence to pricing/margin guidelines.
• Commercial & Deal Support: Own periodic reconciliations between records, contracts, and actuals.
• AI & Process Improvement: Use AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate reporting, validate data, and build BI dashboards for real-time KPI visibility.
• AI & Process Improvement: Identify manual finance workflows and automate using no-code/low-code tools.
• AI & Process Improvement: Support annual planning with data packs, models, and market research; document workflows for scale.

About The Role
