Job summary

Esyasoft in Visakhapatnam seeks a project analyst with 3+ years of experience in the energy and utilities sector to interface with clients, understand requirements, and coordinate testing and implementation with the technology team.

You will prepare business cases, lead change control, manage risks, and support user acceptance testing, while ensuring clear communication at all organizational levels. A bachelor's degree is required and a master's is preferred; this is a permanent role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to understand requirements and processes through meetings and discussions.
• Define requirements, execute and evaluate functional tests, and conduct testing and analysis.
• Work closely with the technology team to implement projects across clients.
• Understand software flow and business processes.
• Prepare and maintain procedures and guides; conduct training for end users and IT staff.
• Prepare business cases and solution proposals outlining estimates and cost‑effective design alternatives, including procedural changes.
• Lead change control and scope management efforts.
• Execute and manage moderate functional testing efforts.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Identify, address, manage, and elevate risks and issues within a project.
• Prioritize integrated requirements to ensure they are complete and documented.
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including written, verbal, and visualizations.
• Collaborate as a team player.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and deliver documents.
