Job summary

PwC India seeks a Senior DevOps/Enterprise Architecture specialist to help clients define technology objectives, assess solution options, and design scalable architectural solutions that meet business needs.

You will work across CI/CD toolchains, IaC with Terraform & Pulumi, cloud networking, security tooling, and Kubernetes at scale, delivering automation and observability to reduce toil and improve compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in CI/CD toolchains and IaC implementation.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Pulumi, and cloud tooling.
• Knowledge of security practices, encryption, and vaults.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes at scale and observability tools.

Responsibilities

Job Description & Summary

We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.

Responsibilities

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success including the following areas:

• Developing CI/CD toolchains centered around tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Actions, Argo CD, Artifactory, Azure container registry, Google container registry and other similar tooling.
• Developing modules utilizing tools such as Terraform & Pulumi .
• Demonstrating knowledge of security requirements, including working with encryption at rest & in transit patterns.
• Demonstrating knowledge of tools like Azure Key vault, Hashi Corp Vault, Google KMS.
• Utilizing security tools like Veracode, Blackduck for AppSec testing, Qualys scanners for infra testing and Twist lock/Aqua for container scanning.
• Working with tools like GitHub/Gitlab for source code management and well as experience with branching strategies like GitFlow and trunk based.
• Kubernetes at scale using one of GKE, AKS, EKS or RKE.
• Deploying automation in order to identify toil and opportunities to reduce that within the team.
• Setting up observability tools like Prom/Grafana, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk to give D ocumentation: Keep detailed records of processes and system architecture .

Mandatory skill sets

Mandatory Skills: Azure Landing Zone IaC using Terraform Azure Migration Cloud Networking Experience (Public/Private IP, Routing, Firewalls, Remote Management tools like SSH, RDP) At least one certification (Beyond AZ-900 is acceptable) Good to Have: Experience with AVS (Azure VMware Solution) A knack for benchmarking and optimization Preferred skill sets: Platform Evaluation: Assess new technologies and tools for improvement. Backup & Recovery: Ensure data integrity with robust backup solutions.
