Job summary

Acuity Analytics in India is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist to manage daily cash reporting, treasury forecasting, and FX workflow coordination with fund owners and service providers. You will lead data collection, refine requirements, and prepare concise updates for stakeholders.

The role requires 2–5 years in fund accounting or cash management, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a collaborative, hybrid work approach to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in process excellence or related area.
• Strong working knowledge of Fund Accounting, Cash/Treasury Management, Efront, Qlik & Excel.

Job description

Manage daily cash reporting and reconciliation for private equity secondary funds by collating data from various administrators and internal forecasting tools. Execute FX trades and formal loan instructions through close coordination with fund owners and third-party service providers. Daily treasury meetings to analyze daily cash flows and align on medium -term investor planning. The process ensures accurate reporting and efficient liquidity management across complex fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Identify, analyze, and engage internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirement Gathering & Clarification: Act as the primary interface for capturing, refining, and clarifying requirements from stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are clearly understood and documented.
• Expectation Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and project scope; provide transparent and timely updates to both partners and internal teams.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular, high-quality communication with all stakeholders; corporate communication, facilitate workshops, brand/marketing communication requirement reviews, and feedback sessions to nurture alignment and address any emerging concerns.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, capturing status, issues, decisions, and changes to requirements (change management) or timelines. Data handling with hands on experience with advance excel and PowerPoint.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather stakeholder feedback to refine processes, enhance engagement practices, and improve overall satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process excellence.
• Strong working knowledge in Fund Accounting, Cash/Treasury Management, Efront, Qlik & Excel.
