Job summary

Riveron in Bengaluru is seeking a finance professional with hands-on M&A experience to drive quality of earnings and working capital analysis for buy- and sell-side deals. You will assist in research, prepare client-ready deliverables, and collaborate across teams to ensure deadlines are met.

You will participate in executive management interviews, draft sections of reports, and coach junior team members in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• CPA/Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance/ Bachelors or Masters in Accounting
• 2–4 years of relevant transaction experience, including EBITDA, networking capital, and cash flows
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH

Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen, including knowledge of GAAP, to assist clients on financial, operational, and tax issues related to M&A transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of quality of earnings and networking capital analysis for buy- and sell-side deals.
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies.
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with project team to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2- 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including experience analyzing a target companys quality of earnings (EBITDA), networking capital, and cash flows
• Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.
