Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Data Scientist / ML Engineer / AI Engineer or related role.
• Proven experience developing AI solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Experience applying ML, DL, and statistical modeling to real-world problems.
• Experience in AI domains like computer vision, generative AI, LLMs, anomaly detection, or optimization.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering, product, systems, and customer-facing teams.

• Education: Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or a related role
  • Proven experience developing AI solutions from concept and prototyping through industrialization and production deployment
  • Experience applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to real-world business and engineering problems
  • Experience in one or more AI domains such as computer vision, machine vision, industrial AI, generative AI, large anguage models (LLMs), anomaly detection, prediction, optimization, or intelligent decision support
  • Experience collaborating with software engineering, product, systems, and customer-facing teams
  • Experience working with large datasets, model evaluation, experimentation, and performance optimization
• Skills
  • Strong programming skills, especially in Python
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data science
  • Experience with modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies
  • Experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing production-grade AI models

• Research, evaluate, and benchmark emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and LLM ecosystems
• Collaborate closely with software, systems, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and digital platforms
• Support the industrialization of AI solutions and successful transition from prototype to production
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on AI best practices
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support customer engagements, innovation initiatives, and pre-sales activities when required
