Job summary

Talent Hr Networks in Thane is seeking a Sr. Art Director with a strong eye for aesthetics to lead the visual direction across digital, social, print and advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and AI generative tools, with a proven ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals and maintain brand cohesion. This is a full-time role offering growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in BFA, Applied Arts, Design, NID or equivalent.
• 56 years of relevant experience in creative visualisation, advertising, digital agencies, creative studios or similar environments.
• Experience in advertising, branding, fashion, jewellery, FMCG, cosmetics, e-commerce or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative visuals across digital, print and social media.
• Translate briefs into mood boards and campaign directions.
• Develop campaign visuals, social media creatives, banners, brochures and brand assets.
• Visualise storytelling concepts for advertisements, product launches and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, video editors and CGI teams.
• Provide art direction during photography, video and CGI shoots.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing touchpoints.
• Handle layouts, typography, colour palettes and overall visual aesthetics.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging creative technologies.
• Ensure high-quality output while meeting deadlines.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Art Director with strong creative thinking, visualisation and campaign development skills to lead the visual direction of digital, social media, print and advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition and branding, along with hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and AI generative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative visual ideas across digital, print and social media platforms.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, mood boards and campaign directions.
• Develop campaign key visuals, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations and brand assets.
