Key Responsibilities
  • Market the products & solutions to Surgeons and other participants/users in Hospitals to boost revenue and meet sales objectives.
  • Collect market data, intelligence, and insights to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Identify new potential customers to increase coverage and category share in the market.
  • Coordinate product training workshops, CMEs, and RTMs.
  • Liaise with distributors and wholesalers to increase the indirect coverage of our products.
  • Develop a strong distribution channel to become a key partner for growth.
  • Develop positive relationships with KOLs to boost Brand Equity.
  • Regularly attend ORs to understand surgeons\' needs and support product in-servicing.
Job Qualifications
  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience in any field; a Master\'s or equivalent experience in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office usage.
