An architecture and engineering organisation in Bangalore is hiring a Senior Architect with 5–7 years of professional experience to work on India-based residential and large-scale development projects. The role focuses on technical architectural documentation, master planning, detailed drawings, GFC documentation, and coordination during project execution.

The position requires an architect with practical experience in taking drawings from the design and documentation stage through to on-site execution, with the ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site teams and handling a team of 10-20 people.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture.

• Hands-on experience preparing GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and master plan layouts.
• Practical understanding of architectural construction and project execution.
• Experience working on projects through the execution stage.
