Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to own end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud and AI components. You will drive technology decisions and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

You will design scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs and GenAI-enabled enterprise applications, guiding code quality, performance, security and governance across projects.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Java backend, modern frontend technologies, cloud, microservices and AI/GenAI. The candidate will own end-to-end architecture, drive technology decisions, build scalable enterprise solutions and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end application architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud and AI components.
• Design scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement AI/GenAI-enabled enterprise applications and features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, RAG, AI agents and intelligent automation within business applications.
• Integrate enterprise applications with LLM/GenAI APIs and AI platforms.
• Drive security, performance, scalability, observability and reliability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture reviews and code/design reviews.
• Mentor senior developers and architects and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, business, engineering, DevOps and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
