Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing and building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Cloud-Native Technologies.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Spring Security/Auth, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spring Batch, REST APIs, Design Patterns, Multithreading, Database Schema Design, and modern AI/GenAI technologies such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM integrations, AI Agents, and Enterprise AI solutions.
The role requires technical leadership, architecture ownership, solution design, performance optimization, and mentoring engineering teams while driving innovation in AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture, integration standards, coding best practices, and technical roadmaps.
- Design microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance.
- Create low-level and high-level design documents.
Java & Spring Ecosystem
- Develop and architect solutions using Java 8/11/17+.
- Design RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Implement Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Authorization Server, and Spring Batch solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead framework modernization initiatives.
Event-Driven & Messaging Systems
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using:
- Build asynchronous and distributed systems.
- Ensure fault tolerance, resilience, and high availability.
AI & Generative AI
- Design and implement AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Build RAG-based applications integrating enterprise knowledge bases.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Develop AI Agents and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
- Design vector-search and semantic-search architectures.
- Create AI-assisted productivity, search, and recommendation systems.
Database & Schema Design
- Design scalable database schemas and data models.
- Perform data architecture reviews.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
- Implement best practices for database scalability and security.
Concurrency & Performance
- Implement multithreading and concurrent programming solutions.
- Optimize JVM performance and garbage collection.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Design high-throughput and low-latency systems.
Leadership & Client Engagement
- Lead development teams and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
- Participate in customer discussions and technical presentations.
- Drive estimation, planning, and delivery of enterprise projects.
