Job description

Overview

1. Coordinate with Indian & foreign architects and site engineers towards a smooth execution of the project.
2. Designing and development of premium apartments and commercial spaces, keeping in line with the company ideology.
3. The scope of work includes coordination with external architects and engineers, regulate the work on sites and updating my superiors with the state of project.
4. Basic project management in hand with other departments involved in sale, material purchase, estimation and engineering.
5. Work on AutoCAD and MS Excel softwares for checking and making drawing sent in by external architects and engineers, and making reports over the same.
6. Desired profile: Candidates should be B Arch or M Arch with experience in construction of high-rise buildings, commercial projects or industrial buildings.
7. PG with NICMAR or SPA would be added advantage.
