Responsibilities
- Lead complex architectural projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct quality control, and oversee production of design development and construction documents, ensuring code compliance and constructability.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, presenting proposals and managing expectations.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.
- Ensure designs meet all safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards, using BIM and other tools effectively.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk for large-scale projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in Architecture (B-Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M-Arch).
- Licensure: Licensed Architect (Council of Architecture, etc.).
- Minimum 10+ years in architectural design, with proven experience leading complex projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, visualization tools (Twin Motion, Photoshop, etc.), SketchUp, MS Office, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in English language.
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability principles (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
