Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services in Delhi seeks an experienced Architect to lead complex architectural projects and translate client goals into buildable solutions. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage design development, and ensure construction documents meet all codes and standards.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee quality control, and leverage BIM tools to maintain project efficiency. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture (B-Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M-Arch) required.
• Licensed Architect (Council of Architecture, etc.).
• 10+ years in architectural design, with proven experience leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Visualization tools (like Twin Motion, Photoshop, etc.), SketchUp, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in the English language.
• Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability principles (LEED, IGBC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead complex architectural projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.
• Design & Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, conduct quality control, and oversee the production of design development and construction documents, ensuring code compliance and constructability.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, presenting proposals and managing expectations.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet all safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards, using BIM and other tools effectively.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk for large-scale projects.
