Qualifications

• 15–20 years of software engineering and AI/ML architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architectural strategy for AI/ML and intelligent automation systems.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Guide the implementation of scalable Python backend microservices, REST APIs, containerized architectures (Docker/Kubernetes), and enterprise cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, data preparation pipelines, feature engineering, and real-time model monitoring/governance.
• Partner with product management, principal architects, and senior executives to translate strategic business capabilities into technical blueprints.
• Mentor and provide technical governance across engineering teams, fostering software engineering excellence and AI innovation.

Bringing 15 to 20 years of expertise in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, this executive-level technical role leads the architectural vision and engineering standards for Carrier’s AI-enabled aftermarket digital portfolio. You will architect enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions, high-throughput cloud microservices, and MLOps platforms that optimize predictive maintenance, field service efficiency, warranty analytics, and connected IoT systems globally.

Key Responsibilities:
