Job Description

As a Senior Application Developer on our team, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions critical to UPS Healthcare operations, incorporating approved standards and technologies in the analysis and design of complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to achieve objectives.
• Support application development, integration, and maintenance.
• Analyze requirements for new implementations and change requests.
• Coordinate technical specifications with cross-technology teams.
• Code following best practices.
• Participate in meetings to understand business needs.
• Work with architects to define integration architecture.
• Collaborate with business analysts and partners.
• Provide post go-live support.
• Engage in technical enhancements and message reprocessing automation during outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in Middleware development, design, and implementation.
• Experience with FTP, transfer rules, AS2, certificates, encryption, and GIC is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and design skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn complex business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in WMS and logistics environments is advantageous.
