• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead pursuits, proposal development, solutioning and account growth activities.
• Establish service levels, operational metrics, and governance.
• Confidence operating independently and making sound technical decisions.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
