About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Angular Developer with extensive experience in building and optimizing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Angular, Java, Storybook, Powerblocks, libraries, and modern UI/UX design practices, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide projects and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into innovative, scalable, and user‑focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership – Lead the design and development of user‑centric applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance for front‑end solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Java‑based backend systems.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
• UI/UX Excellence – Drive the creation of cutting‑edge, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Conduct advanced user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to validate design decisions.
• Oversee the evolution of the design system and ensure brand consistency acrossɔn platforms.
• Collaboration & Mentorship – Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.

Required Qualifications
