Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to support treasury-related reporting and reconciliation. You will analyze operational data, determine financial outcomes and help manage liquidity while mitigating risk across front, middle, and back office functions.

The role requires 4–5 years in record-to-report or tax reporting, a finance-related degree, and familiarity with IFRS/GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CA, CPA or ACCA certifications preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in Record to Report or Tax reporting function.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax laws.
• Exposure to automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Blackline) is a plus.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Incumbent supports accounting and reporting of treasury-related activities.
• Manage cash flow accounting, investment-related journal entries, intercompany funding and bank reconciliation governance.
• Proficient with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft; familiar with TMS tools (Kyriba, Quantum).
• Strong understanding of cash accounting, investments and bank reconciliation processes.
• Maintain SOP documentation for treasury-related policies and procedures.
• Support automation and process improvement in bank reconciliation and treasury accounting.

What are we looking for?

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Incumbent needs to be meticulous and proactive in supporting the accounting and reporting of treasury-related activities
• The role is central to managing cash flow accounting, investment-related journal entries, intercompany funding, and ensuring strong bank reconciliation governance
• Proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with TMS tools (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum)
• Strong understanding of cash accounting, investments, and bank reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with insurance cash flows, investment cycles, and liquidity requirements
• Maintaining documentation (SOP) for treasury-related accounting policies and procedures
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives in bank reconciliation and treasury accounting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX & regulatory reporting (such as NAIC & Solvency II)
• Variance analysis related to cash flow movements and working capital items
