You will be part of the Strategic Transformation Programme team supporting IPE’s transformation objectives and the shift toward a Platform-as-Product operating model. You will work with transformation leads, product owners, engineering, finance and HR to ensure decisions are data-backed, aligned with priorities, and executed effectively.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design workforce data models to bring together forecast, actuals, cost model, and strategic baseline to support planning and decision-making across IPE.
  • Deliver insights on workforce trends, hiring velocity, skills distribution, and location strategy to advise long-term workforce planning; support transitions requiring talent uplift or reskilling.
  • Lead the workforce audit/change log governance to ensure traceability across workforce plans.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI or Excel) for workforce and transformation programme governance; ensure clear, concise, data-driven reporting for senior decision-making.
  • Partner with Transformation leads to define programme-wide objectives and a scorecard measuring progress, impact, and alignment to outcomes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for team members, Product Manager, HR, Finance, TA and Transformation Programme team on workforce and programme data; translate requirements into actionable backlog items.
  • Operate as part of agile squads or cross-functional delivery teams; participate in backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads, Transformation leads, and engineering to analyse and improve delivery of change, including deep-dives into processes or workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate or simplify.
  • Design future-state processes, including end-to-end workflow, roles and governance structures across workstreams to enable effective implementation of the new operating model.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst, data analyst, or related field in transformation or large-scale programme delivery.
  • Data modelling and visualisation: proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus; ability to develop structured, repeatable data models and reports to support decision-making.
  • Strong data literacy and familiarity with data principles and standard methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and planning/tracking tools such as Asana or Jira; familiarity with Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader strategic context; ensure day-to-day analysis supports transformation goals.
  • Proactive and curious mindset with confidence to challenge assumptions and contribute to improved ways of working.
  • Communication and influencing: strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills; ability to explain data and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and capable of handling ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective change management and problem-solving.
What You Will Get in Return
  • Participation in a strategic transformation programme reshaping how Infrastructure Platform Engineering operates at scale.
  • Exposure to modern delivery models, SRE, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation-first practices.
  • Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, transformation, product, finance and operations in multiple geographies.
  • A culture that values data-driven thinking, innovation and continuous improvement where your contributions are valued.
