Crisil is seeking an experienced tax operations professional to support a banking client’s tax processing. The role emphasizes process delivery across entities, strong governance, and automation of data flows.

You will lead root-cause analyses, maintain controls, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in service quality and risk management. CA with 6+ years post-qualification (or non-CA with 8+ years) preferred. Bengaluru location.

• At least 4 years for CAs, or 6 years for non-CAs, in relevant tax or data operations.

• Advanced Excel and practical automation, analytics and visualisation experience.
• Stakeholder management, prioritisation, decisions and team leadership.
• Ability to manage independently and lead a team or major workstream
