Summary: The Senior Analyst for Global Finance Operations plays a crucial role in performing the work to maintain and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position includes performing operations, meeting SLA and targets, data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support United States direct and indirect tax compliance, including timely filing of returns such as SUT, B&O, Property Taxes etc.
- Perform tax account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Prepare tax provisions, computations, and disclosures for financial reporting
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and internal/external stakeholders on tax matters
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess impact on business
- Support tax assessments, audits, and litigation matters
- Drive tax process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage month-end close process in terms of posting journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Extract, modify and analyze monthly reports as required and resolve queries.
- Periodic updation of SOP's to make sure any process changes, exceptions and new learnings are updated timely.
- Preparing monthly close reports & variance analysis of various entities to ensure the numbers are materially accurate
- Managing admin tasks like reconciliation database maintenance and balance upload in Recons tool, arranging access to new joiners or additional requests,etc.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferably CMA / MBA / M.com / Semi qualified with 4+ years (or) CA / CPA with 1 to 2 years of experience in US Direct & Indirect Taxes
