  • Collaborate with global Tax, Treasury, Legal, and FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow for statutory reporting and compliance.

  • Monitor and interpret changes in local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory disclosure requirements across applicable jurisdictions.

  • Assist with the legal entity rationalization, restructuring, or intercompany transactions from a statutory reporting perspective.

  • Maintain internal controls and compliance procedures, ensuring alignment with SOX or equivalent regulatory requirements.

  • Support special projects, including new country/entity setups, audit readiness, M&A integrations, joint ventures, and system enhancements.

Minimal Experience

  • Prior experience working with regional or country-specific regulatory frameworks desirable.

  • Background in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (India Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar qualifications preferred).

  • Understanding of legal entity structures, cross-border transactions and intercompany eliminations.

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders without direct authority as a collaborative business partner.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high regard to attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

  • Influential communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences at varying levels of the organization.

  • Eagerness to learn and innovate processes to drive efficiencies in a rapidly evolving statutory landscape.

  • Exposure to SAP, Group Reporting, BlackLine and Workiva software/tools preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
