Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a data-focused developer to transform data into actionable insights for business leaders. The role requires expertise in SQL Server, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint reporting, with a focus on automation and analytics.

You will design and optimize SQL queries, automate data workflows with Python, build dashboards in Excel and present findings in PowerPoint, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQL Server development, including advanced SQL query writing and optimization.
• Strong experience in Python development focusing on data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, and basic automation via VBA.
• Proven ability to design and create effective PowerPoint presentations for data insights.
• Technical Skills: SSMS; Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy); data visualization; ETL; cloud familiarity (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. SQL Server Development:

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
